The Upstate New York region has taken pride in its share of traditional on field rivalries, is well known as a hot bed of lacrosse talent and home to the original roots of the Creators Game! The John Pepper Wildcat Invitational is an invited field of 15 of the finest programs from NY State and 1 team representing the growing sport in Florida, the Invitational has become an annual stop for collegiate coaches with an eye on the future.
Participating players and coaches, spectators, parents coupled with last years presence of over 60 college coaches, have reached the same conclusion — that the "The John Pepper Wildcat Invitational is the "Premiere" lacrosse tournament for high school varsity teams to play and attend during the summer season". Many have touted it as THE exceptional tournament event of the season, citing the quality of individual talent present, central proximity to all field locations and quality of teams in full-field competition as main reasons for its appeal and success.

John Pepper Wildcat Invitational Details
• Dates and Times: Saturday, July 30th, 2022, 8:00AM
• Location: West Genesee Middle School. 500 Sanderson Dr. Camillus, New York (Just west of Syracuse).
• Format: Boys 10 on 10 full-field format
• 4 games guaranteed for each team- Festival style format
• 16 participating teams
• 40-minute running time games / 5 minute half time break/ run on a common horn
• 2021 NYSHS Federation Rules apply
• No timeouts permitted
• Stop time penalties enforced
• No more than 3 coaches per team on sidelines
Inclement weather: In the event of inclement weather the governing committee reserves the right to postpone, alter schedules/format or cancel games in the best interest and for the safety of the participants and spectators in attendance. Every effort will be put forth to accommodate the planned full schedule of games within a reasonable period of time to accommodate the needs of the officials and participating teams. The John Pepper Lacrosse Committee also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament in advance due to weather-related or other acts of God. Facility Rules: Barbecue grills are not allowed at the facility. The on-site Athletic Fields concession stand offers a wide variety of options to choose from. ONLY REGISTERED AND IDENTIFIED SERVICES ARE ALLOWED ON THE FACILITY GROUNDS.
Payment & Donation Processing
For your convenience, The John Pepper Memorial Lacrosse Fund offers credit card processing for team registration deposits, paying balances, full payments and for donations / contributions. Youth teams (Sunday) must still mail in the registration form available above. Teams may pay a $250 deposit or full payment on registration and the balance by June 30th.
